If you'll buy the Jollibee marinated chicken, here are some tips.

It is marinated already so no need to rinse the chicken.
To be able to achieve that crunchy outside but juicy inside Jollibee chicken joy. Adding egg is the key!
I used flour as breading. Cover the chicken with flour then dip it in egg then cover it with flour again.
After that, dip it in the oil immediately. Make sure to deep fry the chicken and don't crowd the pan. Social distancing it is. haha
Enjoy your Jollibee chicken joy with your gravy at the comfort of your home!
